metal plate, cover, panel with spike?
- 4 inches (101.8 cm) wide by 0.85 in (21.6 cm) tall, angled downwards to 0.34 in (8.6 mm) tall.
On the inside (concave side) are two screw hole tabs and a metal bar / tongue holding a "U" shaped piece of metal that continues to the exterior of the panel. This U-shaped object would pivot.
On the outside (convex side) are the pointed ends of U-shaped piece of metal and an additional, fixed spike / nail.
